XooDeals.com is the online Deal Center of XooMart (coming in Fall 2009)….offering a single product on a daily basis which will be highly recognizable and priced at an incredible value.
How do I buy from XooDeals.com?
When you find a product that you would like to purchase at XooDeals.com, just add it to the shopping cart. When you are ready, proceed to checkout where you will complete the sign up process. Once you have your user name and password, you can return to XooDeals.com to complete your purchase.
How often will items change on XooDeals.com?
XooDeals.com will feature a new item in a new category each day. The site will focus on branded products with limited quantities. Products will remain on XooDeals.com for 24 hours or until they have sold out.
An item that I want is sold out. Will it ever become available again?
We are always hunting for the best branded deals, but because of the way we source and stock XooDeals.com, we sometimes have only a few of any given item to sell. When it's gone, it really is gone! It will be replaced by another great brand the next day. Watch your email for announcements of what’s coming to XooDeals.com soon.

How do I pay for products from XooDeals.com?
You pay with a major credit card or debit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) or by PayPal. Remember goods will only be shipped after payment is received. The items ordered generally take 2-7 business days to arrive at your delivery address.

Do I have to pay sales tax when I buy from XooDeals.com?
Yes, purchases that are shipped within California will be charged sales tax. Purchases shipped outside of California will not be charged sales tax.
What is the shipping cost for products bought from XooDeals.com?
As part of our Grand Opening Launch, we will be offering free shipping on each item purchased from XooDeals.com.
What if I receive a damaged item from XooDeals.com? Can I return it?
Defective products can only be returned in exchange for the exact same product, or if the item is not available and at the sole discretion of XooDeals.com, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.
Defective products may only be returned within 14 days of the purchase date of your product. You have 14 days from the purchase date of your product (regardless of when you actually took delivery of the product) to get a valid RMA (return merchandise authorization) from our website and get your product to a shipper to return back to us. It does not have to be back in our warehouse within 14 days, but it does have to be in the possession of the shipper (along with the valid RMA). The RMA must be valid, unexpired, and issued for the product being returned. Only one RMA is issued per return. When it expires, you may no longer return your product. By requesting an RMA and/or shipping a return in violation of this policy you hereby agree to accept our shipment of the return back to you and to the payment of all shipping costs to and from our Returns Warehouse. |
